Two thumbs up for Grille 700 located at Marriott Waterfront hotel in Baltimore MD. Shown here are Tuna tartare, short rib (on the special menu), and paprika salmon. Not shown here, is the finger-licking-good duck confit on Arepa. Simply delicious. The young chef came to our table and check on us. Salute to him. And I wanted to hug him! But I guess that would be inappropriate...
