2007 Las Rocas de San Alejandro Garnacha, from Calatayud, Spain

Had a friend over tonight. We had this bottle of Spanish wine with my signature curry chicken, with bok choi and a Spanish potato dish as a side. The wine is fruity, flavorful, but not sweet. Very smooth. Will definitely get it again!
