This is the first burger I've ever made in my kitchen! I call it my "Monday-night-after-ballet-burger". want one? come visit. I'll make it for ya. Oh, did I mention it is best to pair with Blue Moon (beer)?


Ingredient: Beef patty from the store, buns, lettuce (or romaine shown here), mushroom (fried with butter or some olive oil), and your favorite cheese (YFC).
