Seafood hoso udon in creamy white sauce

This is definitely something that I would make. Fusion of Japanese and Western! Skinny udon and seafood in creamy white sauce, which is very much like pasta sauce. You get to choose either shoyu ginger sauce, white or red sauce. Great presentation, Tanaka Saimin! Their fried saimin was pretty good too.
