- Boil water. (The rate-limiting step!)
- Pour appropriate amount of couscous into a bowl. Pour boiled water just enough to cover all the couscous. Season with salt and pepper. Cover it and let couscous absorb the water.
- Wash fresh organic romaine leaves and rip it into pieces (no cutting!) and toss'em in your favorite dressing (YFD).
- Open the can of herring fillets. :)
